Account Registration on the Website
When available, the registration option will appear at the top of the website's landing page. Please note that registration cannot be completed during an ongoing FLASH sale.

All information you enter can be edited after registration is completed.

Step 1: Select Your Language
- Choose your preferred language to proceed with the registration.

Step 2: Register Your Email
- Enter your email address and verify it by entering a 4-digit OTP code that will be sent to your email. If you don't receive the code, check your spam folder or ensure that you've spelled your email correctly.

Step 3: Select Your Country and Phone Number
- Choose your delivery country and enter a phone number from that country. Depending on the country, you may receive a 4-digit OTP code via SMS to validate the number (this feature is available for a limited list of countries).

Step 4: Select Your Currency
- Select USD currency.

Step 5: Personal Information
- Enter your title, first name, and last name. Create and confirm your password. The password must be between 6 and 10 characters and include at least one letter, one number, and one special character.

Step 6: Social Information
- Provide your social information to help us link our customer service with you more efficiently. By default, your WhatsApp number will be the phone number you registered, but you can update it here.

Step 7: Default Delivery Address
- Register your default delivery address. You can add more delivery addresses after completing the registration. If your postal code is already in our system, select it from the dropdown menu, and the related city and other information will be filled in automatically. If not, you can manually enter all the details. At the end of this step, select your time zone and indicate if your region observes daylight saving time.

Step 8: Accept Terms and Conditions
- Please accept our "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" to grant permission for the processing of your personal data and to accept the necessary cookies, ensuring smooth and secure navigation on our website.


Congratulations, you now have a personal account! :)

To make a purchase, log in if you're not already logged in. Click the "Log in" button, enter your email and password, and provide the code sent to your registered email. You can choose to stay logged in to avoid logging in each time you return to the website, although this will require re-login every few months. If you forget your password, please follow the steps to reset it. Note that you cannot use any of your last three previously used passwords.

Purchasing
The most exciting and interesting part :)

The website is divided into two sections, each functioning at different times.

#### FLASH Section
This section offers unique sets of high-quality products at very privileged prices. When products are available online, you can add them to your basket and specify the delivery address for each item. By default, the delivery address is set to your default address, but this can be customized for each item. The displayed price includes delivery to your address but does not include VAT (please refer to the Delivery section for more details). All Flash orders with multiple boxes are automatically divided into separate orders, each with its own tracking code available in your account after the shipment.

During the sale, and until it closes, you can update the delivery address and box contents as needed, subject to stock availability. If additional payment is required, you will be automatically redirected to complete it. Please note that your account can only operate in one currency at a time. When the sale opens, you can check out your basket using the payment provider linked to your chosen currency.

#### Continuous SHOP Section
This section is available between Flash sales and is not time-limited. Here, you can find individual high-quality products that differ from those in the Flash sales. The prices are still great, although Flash sales generally offer more attractive deals. The delivery cost varies based on the final value and volume of your basket, and VAT is managed in the same way as in the Flash sales. You can select as many products as you want and ship them to multiple addresses. However, this section does not allow for self-updates after payment has been completed.

Automatic invoices, linked to the delivery name and address, are available in PDF format shortly after shipment in your account under order details. Custom invoices, where you can customize the name and invoice address, self managed from the cabinet, are available upon request for each order number, one time, after automatic invoices have been generated.

Delivery
When placing an order, you need to select a shipping company to deliver your package. The options include:

- CDEK - Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan
- Hong Kong Post - Most other countries around the world, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovenia.
- Singapore Post - Used as an alternative when Hong Kong Post is unavailable.
- DHL, FedEx, ARAMEX - Available in some European countries, Norway, and most other Middle Eastern and African countries.
- Other express services: Used for delivery to countries not listed above.

Note: We can ship to almost anywhere in the world, except some countries due to local laws. For example, cosmetics cannot be shipped to Mexico or Turkey. In such cases, the checkout process will be restricted. Please contact our customer service for more details and to explore custom delivery options if you must have the package delivered to these destinations, accepting local customs regulations and delivery costs. Alternatively, you can provide another delivery address in a different country where we can deliver smoothly.

The shipping cost depends on the destination but is always included according to the delivery address for FLASH sales and clearly mentioned in the case of continuous SHOP sales.

The average delivery time from the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse is 10 days, with a maximum of 60 days. We aim to ship from our warehouse within a few days after the sale closes. Depending on your delivery country, you can track your package directly from your account or using a provided link and details in your account by clicking on the order number.

Important: Please ensure all delivery information is correct, as delivery is made to your door. If you make a mistake and cannot change it yourself in the account, notify us immediately at support@irakhay.com, using "ERROR IN DETAILS" as the subject line, or via your preferred social network. If the error incurs additional express delivery costs, these will be charged to you.

#### Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties.

- Tax and Duty Costs: The rate depends on the destination country. Express services (CDEK, DHL, FedEx, ARAMEX, and others) may charge additional fees for customs clearance, which must be paid directly to the delivery provider in the destination country.
- Taxable Amount: Each package includes an invoice indicating the price you paid in the original currency or its equivalent in USD. This amount is subject to tax.

- Uzbekistan: You need to provide the courier with your individual taxpayer number.
- Korea: You need to provide the courier with your individual taxpayer number.

Note: If you refuse to pay the duty and/or taxes and request a refund, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and the full cost of express delivery and potential customs clearance back to China will be deducted from the refund amount.

For delivery, please follow the instructions provided by the courier company.


#### Returns

If you decide to return an item, you need to submit a return request under the following conditions:

1. You cannot return intimate items and cosmetic products or panties for hygienic reasons.
2. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not affect its resale.
3. Documents, wrappers, instructions, boxes (if any) accompanying the returned product must be undamaged and in their original condition.
4. Unless otherwise stated, gifts, coupons, certificates, vouchers, discounts, etc., must be returned with the product.
5. You cannot return custom-made items.
6. The full cost of express delivery and potential customs clearance back to China will be deducted from the refund amount.
